erection procedure

Position jack base at the intervals determined by the horizontal member.

Fit the starter member into the jack base. Fit the horizontal member. Check levels.

Insert the vertical standard into the starter member. Fit the second level horizontal member.

Fit the diagonal brace.

Place the main bearer and secondary runner of soffit formwork.

Position temporary platforms. Install top plate.

Fasten the secondary runner onto the main bearer by universal clamp.

Complete the Formwork for fitting main bearer and secure plywood/ panels onto the secondary runner.
